Illusion Crochet Masterclass – Booking Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Illusion Crochet Masterclass delivered by Hair by Kissa.
By booking a place on this training, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Payments, Deposits & Refunds
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your place.
All deposits are strictly non-refundable, as they cover accreditation, preparation, and training resources allocated to each learner.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 5 days before the training date. Places are not guaranteed until full payment has been received.
Learners may transfer their booking to another available training date if at least 5 working days’ notice is provided.
Any transfer must be rebooked within 1 month of the original training date, subject to availability.
Bookings and deposits cannot be transferred to another person under any circumstances.
Failure to attend, or cancellations with less than 5 working days’ notice, will result in the deposit and any fees paid being forfeited.
Service fees, deposits, and product payments are non-refundable under all circumstances.

2. Transfers & Rescheduling
Transfers are permitted only with at least 5 working days’ notice.
Deposits already paid will be applied to the rescheduled booking.
Rescheduled training must take place within 1 month of the original booking.
Bookings cannot be transferred to another individual.

3. Code of Conduct
Learners are expected to arrive on time and fully prepared for the masterclass.
Respectful behaviour is required at all times toward the trainer and fellow learners.
Learners must follow all safety instructions and guidance during practical sessions.
Disruptive behaviour or failure to comply with trainer guidance may result in removal from the course without refund.

4. Photography & Video Policy
The trainer will take photographs and videos of learners’ work during the masterclass. These will be provided to learners after the training so they can focus on learning during the session.
Learners may take their own supplementary photos or videos only after the training session, and these must be limited to their own work.
Learners are not permitted to photograph or record the work of other learners.
If live models are used, additional consent may be required to protect the model’s privacy.

5. Allergies & Medical Conditions
Learners must inform the trainer of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to attending the masterclass.
Some training products and accessories may contain synthetic materials — learners are responsible for notifying the trainer of any concerns in advance.

6. Certification
Learners who attend the full session and complete both the theory and practical elements to a satisfactory standard will receive a CPD-accredited Certificate of Completion.
Certificates will be issued in the learner’s legal name as provided at booking.
Certificates are non-transferable and cannot be re-issued in another person’s name.
Replacement certificates may be issued at the trainer’s discretion and may incur an administrative fee.
Learners who do not complete the training or fail to meet minimum assessment standards may not be awarded a certificate.

7. Accessibility & Support
Learners with additional needs are encouraged to inform the trainer at the time of booking so that reasonable adjustments can be made.
Policies relating to accessibility, equality, and data protection are available at: https://hairbykissa.co.uk/.
